《心理師常用的四種問句》
為什麼用得好其實可以很能夠幫助別人
1️⃣「例外的問句」
假設一個孩子他常常被歸類為愛生氣，我們可以問問他：
✨「你這次很不一樣耶！你是怎麼做到的不發脾氣的？」
能幫他發現跟意識到「我≠問題」，自己可以有不同的樣子。
2️⃣「奇蹟問句」
假設是一個很害怕報告，覺得自己表達不順的人，我會問他說：
✨「假設一夜之間有個奇蹟發生了，你的困擾、不自信全部都解除了，你覺得是因為發生了甚麼事情？」
他聚焦的就比較不是困難，而是聚焦就在資源跟優勢上，或者我做了哪些事情。
讓他思考當問題被跨越的時候自己可以是甚麼樣子，思考被困擾影響以外的可能情境。
3️⃣「動力問句」
那假設你今天的困難是很大的，我可能會問說：
✨「遇到這麼多困難，你還選擇繼續留在這裡，沒有放棄的原因是甚麼？」
⭐️我想每一個堅持背後都有想守護的價值與渴望，這樣的問句就很讓人能夠喚起這些動力，產生繼續前進的勇氣。
4️⃣意義的問句
假設今天你非得要照顧家人，其他人都沒空，雖然感到很無奈，但也只能是這樣，我可能就會問問
✨「情況好像已經是這樣了，你覺得可以怎麼做幫自己過的好一點？」
幫助他找到那個意義感，比較可以撐過這麼苦痛。
☀️這種四種問句都可以讓對方在困擾中產生一些力量，看見有一些不同的角度，對自己的生命有些新的發現，分享給大家☺️
